€3,595 per person on twin-share basis covers 17 nights (quality hotels), 17 breakfasts | 5 dinners, air-conditioned coach with wi-fi, English-speaking tour director, and 15 included experiences. Flights, visa fees, travel insurance, and optional excursions are not included.

How do I book and what deposit do I need to pay?

You can reserve your spot with a 25% deposit (approximately €900) via Stripe directly from this page, or message us on WhatsApp to book. The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure.

Can I get a refund if my plans change?

Accepted Answer

Refund eligibility depends on how close to departure you cancel. Cancellations more than 90 days out: full refund minus deposit. 60-90 days: 50% refund. Inside 60 days: typically non-refundable, which is why we strongly recommend travel insurance for every booking.

I'm vegetarian / vegan / Jain / halal / have allergies. Can you accommodate?

Yes, on every single departure. Tell our concierge your dietary requirements when you book and we coordinate vegetarian, vegan, Jain, halal, gluten-free, and allergy-aware meals at every hotel and included restaurant on the route.

Do I need a visa? Do you help with the application?

Accepted Answer

Most travelers will need a Schengen visa for this tour. We provide visa support letters, hotel confirmations, and a documented day-by-day itinerary at no extra cost — you handle the actual application at your nearest embassy or VFS center. Allow 4-6 weeks before departure for processing.

What if my flight arrives a day before or I want to extend after the tour?

We can pre-book additional nights at the start hotel or recommend post-tour stays at any city on the route — just tell us your arrival/departure plans when you book. Pre/post-tour nights are charged at the hotel's contract rate, usually significantly less than booking direct.

Is travel insurance included? Do you sell it?

Accepted Answer

Travel insurance is not included and we don't sell it directly, but we can recommend India and EU-based providers we trust. We strongly recommend comprehensive cover including trip cancellation, medical, baggage, and Schengen-area medical evacuation.

Most departures run with 25-40 travelers led by a single tour director, plus a local guide in each city. Solo travelers can request a guaranteed roommate share or pay a single supplement. Family-sized private departures are also available on request.

How much spending money should I budget?

For a 18-day trip we typically suggest €1,080-€1,800 per person for lunches not included, optional excursions, souvenirs, and tipping. Card acceptance is universal in Western Europe.
